Archroma and Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute create strategic partnership to advance research and sustainability in the textile sector

Textile chemical specialist Archroma has entered into a strategic collaboration with the Mumbai, India-based, Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) to advance research and development in ‘green chemistry’ and sustainable technologies.

The collaboration will focus on the design of safer chemicals and cleaner industrial processes along with other key areas such as renewable energy solutions and the development of sustainable materials like bioplastics, advanced composites, and nanomaterials.
