WASHINGTON DC — The Fair Labor Association (FLA) has released a new toolkit to help companies create and run effective grievance systems for workers in their global supply chains.

FLA’s new toolkit aims to outline concrete steps to develop, implement and measure effective grievance mechanisms that promote worker voice and remediate labour violations.
