European Parliament backs sweeping changes that will narrow sustainability reporting and corporate due diligence requirements
BRUSSELS - MEPs - backed by centre-right and far-right groupings - have today voted to support proposals to water down flagship corporate sustainability legislation.
A plenary session of the European Parliament voted to adopt its position on the Omnibus I package which is intended to reduce the administrative burden of European Union (EU) sustainability laws on companies.
