Resortecs raises €6m to scale disassembly lines

Belgium-based startup plans to deploy five disassembly lines for textile-to-textile recycling across Europe within the next five years

BRUSSELS – Textile disassembly technology company Resortecs has raised €6 million in Series A funding which it says will enable it to complete development of its first continuous industrial disassembly line and scale up its operations in the coming years.

In all, the company says the funding will allow it to deploy five disassembly lines across Europe within five years and scale processing capacity tenfold to 3,000 metric tonnes per year by 2027.
