New $100 million textile hub for Egypt’s SCZONE

Egypt’s Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZONE) has signed a contract with China’s Zhejiang Jasan Group, a major hosiery and seamless apparel manufacturer, to build a fully integrated textile and garment complex.

The project, set for construction in the SCZONE’s Qantara West Industrial Zone, is valued at around $100 million (£75m).
