After last minute wrangling, DyStar’s long‑running ownership tussle is finally over after Zhejiang Longsheng Group took full control of the textile chemicals group from India’s Kiri Industries

The ownership of DyStar is still at the centre of a legal wrangle.

SINGAPORE – DyStar has now transitioned to 100% Zhejiang Longsheng Group ownership after Kiri Industries finally completes the drawn out sale of its US$690M minority stake in the textile dyestuffs giant.

​Kiri Industries has confirmed it has divested its entire 37.57% stake in DyStar Global Holdings, drawing a line under more than a decade of legal disputes over valuation and governance at the Singapore‑based dyestuff maker.
