Industry stakeholders will have the opportunity to comment on impacts of EU Ecodesign regulations on textile products

BRUSSELS - Consultation is set to open for industry stakeholders on a technical blueprint for how future EU ecodesign rules, green public purchasing and the EU Ecolabel will impact on textile products.

It comes after the Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission reached a crucial milestone in its preparatory study into how the legislation will set new requirements for apparel and other textiles.
