Garment maker, linked to Xinjiang cotton in 2023, joins the US Cotton Trust Protocol, gaining “fibre to finished apparel” traceability
LOS ANGELES / MEMPHIS - US company Next Level Apparel (NLA) has become the latest brand and retailer member of the Us Cotton Trust Protocol, in a move that deepens its pivot to verified cotton sourcing after earlier tests found traces of Xinjiang-origin fibre in some of its T‑shirts.
The Trust Protocol confirmed that NLA had joined its voluntary field-level sustainability and traceability programme for US cotton.
