H&M has delivered higher full year 2025 profits and tighter cost control while cutting Scope 3 emissions by around 30% versus 2019, despite flat top-line growth

STOCKHOLM – H&M has reported a solid uplift in profitability for 2025 while advancing towards its science-based climate goals, with a sharp reduction in value-chain emissions and top-tier ratings from Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP).

The retail giant reported net sales were up 2% for fiscal 2025 to 30 November 2025, although annual net sales in SEK slipped to SEK 228.3 billion (US$ 25.8 billion) from SEK 234.5 billion (US$ 26.6 billion) due to currency effects.
