Luxury fashion group says 10-year deal with carbon removal specialist will help to meet its decarbonisation targets

NEW YORK – Luxury fashion group Tapestry has signed a 10-year agreement with Swiss carbon removal specialist Climeworks to address its scope 1 emissions through what the company claims is a diversified portfolio of high-quality carbon removal solutions.

The partnership makes Tapestry – owner of Coach and Kate Spade New York – Climeworks' first North American customer from the fashion and retail sector, underscoring growing industry interest in carbon removal technologies as brands seek to meet climate targets.
