Textile recycling pioneer links up with Xinxiang Bailu Chemical Fiber Co which will turn its pulp into yarns for brands and mills

DANVILLE / XINXIANG CITY – Textile recycling pioneer Circ has signed a commercial partnership with Chinese viscose specialist Xinxiang Bailu Chemical Fiber Co, positioning its chemically recycled pulp at the heart of China’s fast‑evolving circular textile ecosystem.

Under the deal, Bailu will convert Circ’s textile‑to‑textile pulp into recycled‑content viscose filament yarns for international fashion brands and mills, with production located close to existing supply chains in the world’s largest textile manufacturing hub.
