Ethical Supply Chain Program promotes family-friendly worker policies in 167 factories across China and Vietnam

HONG KONG - The Ethical Supply Chain Program (ESCP) has reported record uptake of its 'Family-Friendly Factory' initiative, with a growing share of participants drawn from the fashion and textile sector in China and Vietnam.

The ESCP's 2025 Worker Well-Being Impact Report details how apparel and textile suppliers are turning to family‑friendly policies and childcare support to tackle labour shortages, retention issues and rising expectations on responsible sourcing.
