LONDON – UK‑based biotech startup Epoch Biodesign has raised $12 million in a strategic funding round that includes a new investment from Canadian athleticwear brand Lululemon.

Epoch said the capital would accelerate commercialisation of its recycled nylon 6,6 and scale production from a pilot facility to a larger demonstration site designed to validate commercial-scale output.
