ACT’s latest report finds brands upgrading purchasing practices but still struggling to close the gap on wages
BERLIN – ACT Action, Collaboration, Transformation has published its 2025 Accountability and Monitoring Report, revealing “positive momentum” on purchasing practices but a stubborn gap between brand claims and supplier experience on wages.
Taking in brand self-reporting, employee surveys and supplier feedback, the study covers 18 signatory brands and 1,055 suppliers in more than 70 production countries.
