Dutch lead circular textiles push at Techtextil

Dutch companies showcase fully joined‑up circular textile supply chain at Techtextil Frankfurt today, underpinned by a national action plan

Modint and Circular Textile Days are key within the transition of the Dutch textile ecosystem.

FRANKFURT – The Netherlands has today made its debut as a national exhibitor at Techtextil Frankfurt, presenting 11 companies under a public-private pavilion designed to demonstrate a functioning circular textile chain – from fibre recycling through to digital traceability.

The Dutch government's involvement signals growing political weight behind the transition. ACT’s backers include several Dutch ministries alongside research institutions, and the initiative is framed explicitly around incoming EU obligations rather than voluntary sustainability targets.
