Kappahl ‘doubles circular revenue, cuts emissions’

Swedish fashion retailer reports a 102% rise in circular business revenue and a 30% reduction in climate emissions against 2022 baseline

MÖLNDAL — Kappahl Group has claimed significant progress on emissions reduction and circular business growth in its new sustainability report — while acknowledging that revenue from circular initiatives remains a small share of overall turnover.

The Nordic fashion company says it has cut climate emissions by 30% compared with its 2022 baseline year. The average climate impact per product sold stood at 4.5 kg CO₂e in 2025, a 12% improvement on the prior year.
