Ten start-ups share H&M Foundation’s 2026 Global Change Award, backing early-stage textile sustainability innovations
STOCKHOLM — The H&M Foundation has named ten winners of its 2026 Global Change Award (GCA), each receiving a €200,000 ($216,000) grant to scale early-stage solutions aimed at decarbonising and transforming the textile industry.
The latest cohort targets pressure points from fibre production and wet processing to factory efficiency and end-of-life recycling, aligned with the foundation’s goal to help the sector halve greenhouse gas emissions every decade to 2050.
