Panel discussion: Shared Responsibility, Advancing Working Conditions Through Social Dialogue in Cambodia

PHNOM PENH - IndustriALL-affiliated trade unions together with Cambodia’s Employers Association have launched a renewed template collective bargaining agreement (CBA) for the country’s garment sector.

The agreement, unveiled at an IndustriALL roundtable for brands, manufacturers and unions, is designed to support standardised factory-level CBAs backed by global fashion brands.
