Cascale scales manufacturer climate action push

AMSTERDAM — Cascale has reported record growth in manufacturer participation and climate target validation as the alliance positions factories at the centre of its strategy for decarbonisation, decent work and purchasing reform across global supply chains.

The industry body's 2025 Annual Report, released this week, highlights a 166% rise in manufacturer members and 85 manufacturers enrolled in the Manufacturer Climate Action Program (MCAP), with 52 of these validating science-aligned emissions targets.
