ICAC highlights reward of giving cotton traceable and processed value in June review

WASHINGTON, DC – The ICAC’s June cotton review shows a sector rewarding countries such as Uzbekistan for turning fibre into traceable, processed, sustainability-verified value.

It says the global cotton market is entering a softer 2026/27 season, with area, production and trade all expected to edge down.
