Rieter backs textile recycling franchise

WINTERTHUR – In a major new development, Swiss spinning machinery giant Rieter has signed up to a new joint venture designed to industrialise textile‑to‑textile recycling via a global franchise network of certified recycled yarn plants.

Recycling Powerhouse positions itself as a “global integrator and franchisor” for textile recycling, offering franchisees standard concepts, technologies, operating procedures, digital tools, audit services and technical support, alongside training and marketing for yarns produced under its brand.
