Textile-to-textile recycler Circ has launched its first menswear denim collection with H&M, using Tencel lyocell made with Refibra technology from Lenzing to incorporate recycled textile waste into the fibre mix.

The jeans are part of H&M’s standard men’s denim assortment and mark the expansion of a wider apparel collaboration between the two companies.

Circ’s recycled pulp, derived from polycotton blends, is commercialised through Lenzing’s global Tencel platform, plugging the start-up’s materials into an established fibre supply chain.

UNIDO has previously highlighted the partnership under its SWITCH2CE programme, which aims to scale blended textile waste recycling in key production.
