Finnish fibre technology company seeks at least $15 million to scale its restarted demo factory and speed up commercialisation

JYVÄSKYLÄ — Spinnova has confidentially filed for a US initial public offering and a dual listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

The Finnish materials technology company submitted a draft Form F-1 registration statement to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, targeting gross proceeds of at least $15 million.
