It added: “Bruno’s appointment marks an important step in this journey, bringing valuable leadership and perspective as we work to strengthen collaboration across regions, business models and supply chains.”
Ermenegildo ‘Gildo’ Zegna, executive chairman of the Ermenegildo Zegna Group, and Karl Lagerfeld chief executive Pier Paolo Righi have joined its steering committee.
The coalition said the changes aim to broaden representation across fashion segments and the value chain. Gerald J Corbae, chief executive of Noabrands, and Laurent Milchior, chairman and chief executive of Groupe Etam, leave following a rotation process.
Corbae will attend meetings as a non-voting adviser, while Milchior will continue supporting smaller businesses outside the committee.
