Rudolf puts certified carbon into chemistry

GERETSRIED – German textile chemical specialist Rudolf Chemie has secured one of the first Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) programme certifications from TÜV SÜD, in a bid to set new benchmarks for verified climate data and system-level transparency in textile chemical management.

The certification is said to confirm that Rudolf’s internal systems for calculating product carbon footprints are robust, standardised and scalable, positioning the company as an early mover in making climate-relevant data reliably comparable across global textile value chains.
