Cotton Diaries releases new report outlining case for full traceability, including gin stage, in Digital Product Passport regulations
BARCELONA – Global cotton community and advisory group Cotton Diaries has urged European Union (EU) policymakers to include full traceability of the cotton supply chain, including the gin stage, within the bloc’s new Digital Product Passport (DPP) regulations.
Cotton Diaries sets out a series of recommendations on the issue in a new report titled ‘Is cotton traceability too complex – or are we just mapping it wrong?’.
