Loop signs MoU for first commercial manufacturing facility

MONTREAL/GURUGRAM – Canadian textile-to-textile polyester recycler Loop Industries’ joint venture ELITe (Ester Loop Infinite Technologies Private Limited) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the government of the Indian state of Gujarat to support the deployment of its first large-scale commercial manufacturing facility.

The agreement will help facilitate permitting, infrastructure coordination, and administrative processes for the project, which will be the recycler’s largest hub for the manufacturing of its ‘Infinite Loop’ depolymerisation technology.
