Recycling and surplus-fabric sourcing took centre stage in Istanbul, but exhibitors warned investment needs stronger support from buyers
ISTANBUL — Textile recycling, surplus-fabric resale and traceability featured prominently at Texhibition, where Turkish suppliers said sustainability ambitions were running ahead of buyers’ willingness to fund them.
The trade show’s 10th edition, held from 9th to 11th September, attracted 15,493 trade professionals, including 2,888 international visitors, according to organisers.
