VISCOSE SOLUTION

CELLIANT Viscose provides all the benefits of being a viscose fiber — lightweight, soft, highly breathable, excellent moisture management — plus the added fiber enhancements from CELLIANT infrared technology. CELLIANT inhibits odor and helps to regulate body temperature. In addition, CELLIANT is durable and will not wash out, lasting the useful life of the product it powers.

OUR PROPRIENTARY MINERAL MIX

Through a specialized, multi-step process, the minerals are ground and milled into a powder as fine as 1 micron to create the CELLIANT formula, which is manufactured in the USA.

CELLIANT technology is licensed to our brand partners and we offer the raw materials of CELLIANT at cost. This reduces the barrier to entry and risk, as well as enabling the lowest possible cost to add CELLIANT. Kelheim Fibres, the world-leading manufacturer of specialty viscose, joins Hologenix, inventors of CELLIANT, to create a sustainable, nature-based intrinsically functionalized CELLIANT Viscose fiber.
Kelheim’s winning formula is their flexible technology that allows targeted interventions in the viscose fiber process. By modifying the fiber’s dimensions or cross-sections or by incorporating additives into the fiber matrix, Kelheim can precisely define the fiber’s properties according to the specific needs of the end product.
The production of CELLIANT Viscose takes place exclusively in Germany, complying with Germany’s strict environmental laws, guaranteeing an overall eco-friendly fiber.
The combination of Kelheim’s distinctive technology and the functional CELLIANT additives creates a unique fiber that provides full functionality without the need for any additional processing step — a new standard in the field of sustainable IR viscose fibers.
CELLIANT Viscose fiber can be blended with a vast array of other materials to create an unlimited variety of blended yarns and fabrics. As such, we do not stock or provide fabric swatches for distribution. Upon engagement with our business development team, we can provide a shortlist of yarn spinners or nonwoven or wet-laid textile manufacturers that have created compliant CELLIANT Viscose blends (e.g., cotton, modal, merino, cashmere).

The FDA has not approved or designated CELLIANT® products for any purpose and has not made any determination about, or endorsement of, its stated use or benefits.

As part of the 513(g) submission process, the FDA reviewed and commented on appropriate health and wellness claims for CELLIANT products.

CELLIANT® is designated as a Class 1 Medical Device in Australia, Canada, the European Union, Japan, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. CELLIANT® is cleared to market in China, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam, with more countries and regions to follow.
