GREENSBORO – VF Corporation has announced that Kontoor Brands, Inc. will be the name given to the independent, publicly traded company formed following the division of several VF-owned Jeanswear companies.
The separation process – which comprises Wrangler, Lee, Rock & Republic and the VF Outlet business – is anticipated to be completed during the first two quarters of 2019, pending approval from the corporation’s board of directors and other legal considerations.
