With 11 million garments sent to UK landfills on a weekly basis (Oxfam Report, 2019), fashion brands can help to divert that journey by offering customers an easy way to recycle garments.

But are these initiatives successful? Do they really engage customers? And how consistently are they applied? To find out, we dispatched our secret shopper to London, to investigate what’s actually going on in the UK high street.
