LONDON - The overwhelming majority of businesses worldwide are feeling under pressure to become more 'sustainable' - but many are confused about what changes to make, according to a new survey.

The poll, entitled 'Navigator: Now, next and how', by the HSBC banking and financial services group explores the views of more than 9,100 companies in 35 countries and territories around the world.

It found that nearly all - 96 per cent - were feeling pressure to become more environmentally and ethically sustainable but that one-in-four of them were not sure where to focus their efforts.
