DANVILLE – Textile recycling innovator Tyton Biosciences has completed an US$8 million Series A funding round, led by the investment arm of outdoor brand Patagonia, Tin Shed Ventures.
The investment will be used to help facilitate the scaling of Tyton’s proprietary solution, which recycles discarded apparel into virgin-equivalent, market-grade dissolving pulp and petroleum monomers.
