ST GALLEN – Together with its system partners, Bluesign has initiated two new programs to reduce the environmental impact of hazardous solvents used during textile production.

The aim is to improve the air quality and working conditions through the phase-out of solvents used in printing that may have carcinogenic, mutagenic and/or reproductive toxic properties (known as CMR solvents) – especially in transfer printing.
