SAN FRANCISCO – The Remake workers’ rights NGO has published its 2022 Fashion Accountability Report in which it ranks leading fashion brands and retailers on sustainability actions in their global supply chains.

Some 58 big companies were assessed, up from 46 last year, as well as 15 new small 'sustainable' brands but, in a change from last year, these were not issued scores so as to focus on holding large corporations to account.

Key findings included many bold promises on climate change but only limited progress. Only three companies — Burberry, Everlane and H&M — met all four of Remake’s climate criteria.
