LONDON – As part of the ongoing Environmental Audit Committee’s inquiry into the fashion industry, evidence has now been heard at the Victoria & Albert Museum’s Lydia and Manfred Gorvy lecture theatre.

In what proved to be a lively and open discussion, Dilys Williams, director of the Centre for Sustainable Fashion Research, told the panel: “The system is broken. We can’t continue like this, and I think most brands know this.”
