DÜSSELDORF / MADRID – German fashion retailer C&A has launched a new collection made with recycled cotton produced from textile waste by Spanish materials science company Recover.

The new spring/summer 2023 collection is part of a four-year strategic partnership established by the two companies last year to promote the use of recycled cotton as part of a more sustainable fashion industry.

Each piece in the collection contains 20% of Recover's flagship material which is made from recycled post-industrial and post-consumer waste and is said to use significantly less water, energy and land than conventional cotton.
