DODGEVILLE / ALICANTE - US apparel retailer Lands’ End has collaborated with Spanish materials science innovator Recover to launch a 'low impact' denim collection made from recycled textile waste.

The collection of 'sustainable' denim garments, for both men and women, all contain 20% of Recover’s high quality recycled cotton fibre produced from textile waste production scraps.

Lands' End says the use of Recover’s recycled cotton significantly reduces environmental impact, compared to apparel made with virgin fibre, and shows how textile waste can be integrated back into the system to create a more sustainable production model.
