VALENCIA – Denim production technology firm Jeanologia has teamed up with chemical management experts GoBlu to launch a new verification system for its environmental impact measuring tool (EIM).
The project was piloted by a group of industry experts and leading UK retailers such as Marks & Spencer, Primark, Tesco and a number of their suppliers.
EIM aims to provide tailored benchmarks for denim, garment wash, and garment dyeing by measuring the holistic environmental impacts of chemical formulations.
