SAN FRANCISCO - Biomaterials startup Gozen, which makes plastic-free, vegan alternative leather materials for the fashion and automotive industries, has raised $3.3 million in a seed funding round.
The backing, from lead investor Happiness Capital as well as Accelr8, Astor Management and SOSV, will enable Gozen to accelerate research and development, and scale its breakthrough biomaterial, Lunaform.
