BRUSSELS - The Textile Recycling Excellence (T-REX) project, which is working to create a harmonised EU blueprint for the sorting and recycling of household textile waste, has released its first report
The report, ‘Connecting Threads: Assessing Digital Solutions and Needs for Circular Textiles’, assesses key gaps and opportunities for implementation of digital solutions in the supply chain. It also offers a series of recommendations for each of the key stakeholders groups including waste aggregators and recyclers, policy makers, brands, and digital solution providers.
