SAN FRANCISCO – UK not-for-profit the Carbon Trust and Florida-based Global Efficiency Intelligence are the latest recipients of grant funding from the Apparel Impact Institute’s Climate Solutions Portfolio.
The decarbonisation projects include work on a detailed thermal energy roadmap for the textile industry from the US-based company, while the Carbon Trust project explores new opportunities for energy storage during textile manufacturing.
