STUTTGART - The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) has developed a framework aimed at enhancing accessibility to certification for small operator groups within the organic textile value chain.
Initially launched as a pilot programme in 2022, the Controlled Supply Chain Scheme (CSCS) project was developed to overcome the obstacles, such as administrative complexities and financial burdens that can deter small-scale operators from pursuing GOTS certification.
