SACRAMENTO - Clothing and other textile products could be banned from displaying the 'chasing arrows' recycling logo in Calfornia because of the lack of textile recycling in the state.

Lawmakers in the US state introduced a new law - SB 343 - in 2021 which prohibits the use of the chasing arrows, or any other indicator of recyclability, on products and packaging unless certain criteria are met.
