FAISALBAD - Textile waste management specialist Reverse Resources (RR) and Pakistan’s National Textile University have launched a joint programme aimed at transforming the county’s textile-to-textile (T2T) recycling landscape.

Established primarily to address the issue of a poorly performing waste-handling sector in the country, the partnership aims to improve the quality and commercial viability of textile-to-textile recycled products as well boosting transparency and enabling verifiable traceability in the recycling process.

A number of key industry players are also involved in the project including retail giants C&A and Primark as well as some of the region's leading textile manufacturers such as Datini Fibres, Combine Spinning, Artistic Milliners and Interloop.
