NEW YORK - Two thirds of fashion brands are lagging on meeting their decarbonisation targets - and 40% have actually seen emissions increase since setting their goals, according to new study from the McKinsey consultancy.

It says that the fashion companies included in its analysis have made ambitious, public commitments to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by about 55% on average, and Scope 3 emissions by about 35%, by 2030.
