SEOUL – Sae-A Trading says it has become the first apparel and textile manufacturer from South Korea to have its 2030 greenhouse gas reduction targets and 2050 net-zero goal approved by the Science Based Target initiative (SBTi).
The company says it aims to reduce direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1 and Scope 2) by 42% by 2030 compared to a 2022 baseline.
