EXCLUSIVE – Swiss‑based Bluesign is about to roll out Bluepass, a new QR‑enabled product mark it says will connect specific garments and textiles to verified data on chemistry, processes and facilities, in a move pitched at brands preparing for EU Digital Product Passport.

The SGS company, which recently moved from its former St Gallen home to Baar, Switzerland, frames its system as a route to align with the EU’s wider Digital Product Passport push under the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation.
