LONDON – The 6th edition of the RITE Group conference on sustainable textiles will take place on 10th October 2012 at Central Hall, Westminster, London.
At a meeting of steering group committee members in London yesterday, the RITE Group has decided once again to remain at the heart of UK government at the historic Central Hall Westminster venue where senior politicians will once again be invited.
This year’s conference was opened by Baroness Lola Young OBE and attracted over 200 delegates who heard discussions on metrics and the issue of greenwash.
Next year’s event will once again address the most pressing issues on textiles and sustainability in the supply chain and further details will be announced shortly.
A new web-site under development will be launched in January 2012 and will be open for online early bird bookings.
