AMSTERDAM – Two leading European textile industry associations have broadly welcomed the findings of a new report on hazardous chemicals in textile products. EURATEX and ETAD, labelled the Netherlands Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) report as “well balanced” and a “useful general overview of the current situation” in chemicals and textiles.
